Holiday Booster Workshop

Here’s an extra boost to help us with abstinence and recovery in the upcoming holiday season. There are plenty of extra challenges during this season—family or lack of family, presence of trigger foods or lack of our routine healthy foods, and many more. Together we can help each other get through this challenging time.

Get ready for great shares and fun. In this half-day workshop we will have five speakers, one activity, and time for people to share.

There is no registration, but there is a maximum of 100 people. There is a small suggested donation, but all are welcome to attend in any case.

Anyone willing to share their mailing address in a private chat to the host will be sent free copies of the OA pamphlet A Lifetime of Abstinence: One Day at a Time and the OA pocket card Think First.
