The Board of Trustees of Overeaters Anonymous consist of ten regional Trustees, one Virtual Service Trustee and six General Service Trustees who serve as the executive committee. The entire board meets four times a year to conduct the business of OA. The executive committee meets monthly, as their responsibility is for the routine business affairs of the corporation. Act as liaison between the BOT and the region. Region Assemblies must affirm their region trustee candidates.
Conduct routine business affairs of the corporation.
Act as liaison between the BOT and the virtual groups and virtual service boards. Applicants must be affirmed by their intergroup/service board, region, or the BOT if a sitting trustee.
