The Board of Trustees of Overeaters Anonymous consist of eleven regional Trustees, and six General Service Trustees who serve as the executive committee. The entire board meets four times a year to conduct the business of OA. The executive committee meets monthly, as their responsibility is for the routine business affairs of the corporation.
