World Service Business Conference 2023 delegates recently voted to increase member contribution limits from US$5,000 to $7,500. Members can now contribute up to $7,500 per year for each of the following purposes:
- OA General Fund (unrestricted contributions)
- Delegate Support Fund
- Professional Exhibits Fund
- Translation Assistance Fund
- In memoriam of a deceased OA member
From the revised Statement on Individual Member Donations to the OA World Service Office:
“A member may contribute up to US$7,500 per year to the general fund, up to US$7,500 per year to any special fund, and up to US$7,500 per year to honor the memory of a deceased member.” (The policy that “OA, Inc. may accept a bequest from the will of a deceased member… [with] no limit” remains unchanged.)
