7pm New Dawn GuidedMed (meditation). Opens with OA prayers, OA daily reader, followed by 5 minutes of quiet reflection and 10 minutes of guided meditation. The remaining meeting time is for fellows to share if they wish. A gentle end to one’s week.
Week 1: Step; Week 2: Main Share/Topic; Week 3: Writing/reflection; Week 4: Tradition Week 5 (if there is one) Topic. *Each meeting will also include a 5-minute meditation with peaceful music to connect with our higher power. *
This is an 11th step meditation meeting.
