Why service?
It is who you meet.
Trusted servants are often very committed to their recovery.
It is a paradox.
We benefit by giving to others.
It matters.
Other members really need the help, especially newcomers.
It is one way we are self-supporting.
If we don’t do it, who will?

- Bring a meeting to someone.
- Offer a ride to a meeting, workshop, or OA event.
- Invite someone for coffee.
- Mentor new or returning members in service work.

- Volunteer to lead a meeting.
