The retreat will focus on the Principles underlying the Twelve Steps of Overeaters Anonymous (for example, Honesty for Step One; Hope for Step Two; Faith for Step Three; etc.). A series of speakers will share how working the Steps has helped them abstain and live in recovery—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The retreat center is located on a secure campus with twenty acres of land and walking trails. Each participant will have a private room with a rocker and an attached bathroom with a shower. The building is accessible and on one level. Registration is $269 for a two-and-a-half-day stay and includes five meals. A limited number of scholarships are available.
