Join us as we learn how to recover from the disease of compulsive eating the Big Book way. Our guest speaker will share his experience of how he practices his program, maintains recovery, and lives in spiritual abundance, letting
go of the food, and working with others. There will also be group sharing activities and plenty of time for fellowship, reflection and relaxation.
