Region 2 Spring Assembly

The Region 2 Board is grateful to welcome you in person for this historic final Spring Assembly. Your dedication and service are invaluable as we navigate this bridge year, transitioning from our long-standing Spring and Fall Assembly model with a separate Summer Convention to a new structure: a Winter Virtual Assembly and a combined Summer Assembly & Convention.

This year marks a hybrid transition—with one final Spring Assembly under the old model and one Summer event reflecting the new approach. While we are excited about the opportunities ahead, financial constraints mean we are currently unable to provide interpretation or audiovisual support for a hybrid format. We remain committed to reintegrating these accessibility resources beginning in 2026.

This Assembly also brings a new meeting format, with adjusted start and end times, as well as the opportunity to attend new OA meetings. With no board applications or budgets to consider, our focus will be on business motions that will help shape the future of Region 2.

Your thoughtful participation and service ensure that we continue making decisions with wisdom, integrity, and a deep respect for the fellowship’s needs. Thank you for being part of this pivotal moment and for your ongoing commitment to OA Region 2.
