Payment

Payment is required in US funds either by card using the payment form on this page or by check using the instructions below. The fee is US$249 for each registered delegate. A US$20 nonrefundable fee will apply for all cancellations. No refunds on or after April 1, 2025.

Print the delegate’s registration confirmation email and mail it along with your check ($249 in US funds) to:
