Full Registration
Full Registration includes access to all workshops and general sessions (Thursday through Saturday) a commemorative lapel pin. Rates are per person and DO NOT include meals.

Cancellations
All cancellations made by July 31, 2025 11:59 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time can be refunded minus a US$20 nonrefundale fee. All cancellations made after July 31, 11:59 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time are nonrefundable. No-shows are nonrefundable. This is a STRICT policy.
Transfers
Registration is ONLY transferrable up to July 31, 2025 11:59 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time. Written consent (email or hard copy) is required for all transfers. This is a STRICT policy.
Banquet
The Banquet will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, starting at 6:30 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time. This is a plated meal and no substitutions will be made. The Banquet fee is US$65 per person and is separate from the registration rate. Banquet tickets can be purchased on the Convention registration form. Below is the menu.

| Local Mixed Green Salad (2 cups) with shaved fennel, asparagus, and heirloom tomato. Smoked tomato viniagrette, includes tomato, rice wine vinegar, egg, canola oil, parsley, and dijon (on the side) |
| Grilled Sirloin with natural beef au jus. Sweet potato hash with sweet potato, baby spinach, heirloom carrots, and parsley. |
| Seared Chicken Breast with chicken reduction pan jus. Roasted garlic rosemary potatoes, haricot verts and roasted carrots. |
| Impossible Shepard’s Pie with Beyond Burger, a plant-based filling, and mashed potatoes in olive oil. Charred broccolini. |
Hotel Reservations
- Per night rate: US$172 + taxes (currently 12.50% or $21.50) = $193.50 for any occupancy. All guestrooms have mini refrigerators.

- Cancellations: Must be received at least 5 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty.

Optional Resort Fee
US$45 + tax per night and includes enhanced wireless in-room internet, specific amusement parks and an outlet mall (inquire with hotel), and welcome resort beverages (two coupons per room, per stay—inquire with hotel).
