Registration Rates
Below are full registration rates. Full registration includes access to all workshops and general sessions (Thursday through Saturday) and commemorative lapel pin. Rates are per person and DO NOT include meals.

Early-Bird Full Registration


By June 11, 2021 (11:59 p.m. MDT) US$119
Full Registration June 12, 2021 (midnight MDT) through July 30, 2021 (11:59 p.m. MDT)


Onsite Full Registration August 1, 2021 (midnight MDT) through Convention dates.



Note: After July 30, 2021 11:59 p.m. MDT, advance registration is closed. Attendees can register on site at the onsite rate.

  • Daily Registration and rate is not available this year. Attendees must pay the full registration rate to attend the Convention.
  • Cancellations: All cancellations made by July 30, 2021 11:59 PM MDT can be refunded minus a US$20 nonrefundable fee. All cancellations made after July 30, 2021, 11:59 PM MDT are nonrefundable. No-shows are nonrefundable. This is a strict policy.
  • Transfers: Registration is ONLY transferable up to July 30, 2021, 11:59 PM MDT. Written consent (email or hard copy) is required for all transfers. This is a strict policy.

Hotel Reservations
Reservations are now open. Room rate is US$159 per night, any occupancy (4 people max), plus US$19.88 tax (12.5% tax, subject to change), for a total of US$178.88 per night. Rate includes refrigerator.

Room rates WILL NOT be subject to the daily resort fee (currently US$30 per room night, plus applicable taxes), but will be offered as an optional upgrade upon check-in. If you choose to purchase the daily resort fee, it includes enhanced high-speed guestroom internet; transportation to Universal Studios, Disney, and Premium Outlets; and two welcome resort beverage coupons.

Make your room reservations online or call the Renaissance Orlando at 1-800-266-9432 (toll free) or 1-407-351-5555 (local). Use group code “Overeaters Anonymous World Service Convention.” Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. The WSO does not make reservations.

Reservations must be made by July 30, 2021. Rates are available from August 20 through August 29. Accommodations require a credit card to guarantee a room. If you do not have a credit card to hold your reservation, a deposit is required. Please contact the Renaissance Orlando for instructions.

Cancellations are required 72 hours before the arrival date. A first night’s room cost will be charged if cancellation is not made before the 72-hour arrival date.

Need a Roommate?
If you would like a roommate for Convention, you may contact the WSO at 505-891-2664 or by email. Please provide your name, state or country, phone number, and email so you can be added to the roommate list. Also, please indicate that you need a roommate for Convention 2021. The WSO is not responsible for making hotel reservations.

The banquet will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 starting at 7:00 PM EDT. This is a plated meal and no substitutions will be made. Banquet price per person is US$60. A detailed menu is listed below.

Local Mixed Green Salad (2 cups, dressings on side)
Shaved fennel, asparagus, heirloom tomato
Smoked Tomato Vinaigrette (tomato, rice wine vinegar, egg, canola oil, parsley, Dijon)

Entrees consist of 3-4 oz. protein, ½ cup starch, and 1 ½ – 2 cups seasonal vegetables.

Seared Chicken Breast

For attendees who would like to attend the speaker, entertainment, and dance, there is no charge. The speaker will begin at 7:30 PM EDT.

Self-Parking and Ground Transportation
Self-parking is available at the Renaissance Orlando and is currently US$28 per day, plus tax. Hotel guests will receive a 50 percent discount.
