The Region Three Assembly/Convention brings together people working toward recovery from compulsive eating and related food behaviors. The event features inspiring speakers, recovery-focused workshops, meetings, fellowship, and meaningful opportunities to connect with others on a similar path.

All proceeds support this OA event, and recordings from past conventions are available to revisit the shared inspiration and insights.
