You will hear speakers with long-term abstinence talk about how they get into action, you can ask questions during Q&A, you can write during the writing exercise, and all are welcome. You don’t need a top hat, an abstinence first rabbit, or a sparkly background to work this program, just the willingness to listen and learn.
