OA TWELVE STEP WORKSHOP

This is a 15 week commitment with homework.

 

The following OA-approved literature will be used for weekly readings and assignments:

  • The Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous, Second Edition
  • Alcoholics Anonymous, Fourth Edition (Big Book)
  • Voices of Recovery, Second Edition
  • For Today
  • Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions by Alcoholics Anonymous
  • Overeaters Anonymous, Third Edition
