Registration
REGISTRATION IS OPEN. The online registration form is hosted on an external, third-party website. Delegates, please follow the instructions included in the form to register and make payment for World Service Business Conference (WSBC) 2026. The registration fee is US$299 per delegate. This is an in-person event ONLY.
DO NOT COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM IF: You are an alternate OR you are a recipient of World Service Delegate Support Funds. Instead, contact Sandy Gurule at sgurule@oa.org or 1-505-891-2664 for registration instructions.
NOTE: If your delegate does not meet the requirements of OA, Inc. Bylaws, Subpart B, Article VIII, Section 3c, and your service body would like to submit a delegate exception request, please email Sandy Gurule at the World Service Office.
Hotel Lodging
The room rate is US$154 per night for any occupancy, plus $25 tax for a total of $179 per night. Rate includes breakfast, refrigerator, microwave, and grocery/dinner shuttles. Please note taxes are subject to change. For overnight guests parking a vehicle, the rate is $7 per day, per vehicle, plus tax.
For reservations, attendees may call the hotel reservation line at 1-800-548-8690 (US) or 1-972-788-0878 (CANADA) and reference code “913.” To reserve your room online, click here. Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Cancellation is required 24 hours before check-in to avoid the full charge of your stay, plus taxes. Upon check-in, a pre-authorization hold for your entire stay will be placed on your credit card. The deadline to reserve your room is March 30, 2026.

Volunteer Information
World Service Business Conference needs you! Every year, volunteers serve the Fellowship by assisting at WSBC. We need volunteers from Tuesday, April 21, through Saturday, April 25, for any number of days or amount of time you can contribute. Your service can make a difference at the Conference Support Committee desk, in the business meetings as pages and timers, and in various other roles. For information on volunteering for Conference, please refer to the Volunteer Information document or contact the World Service Office at 1-505-891-2664.
