First Conference e-Documents are now available for the 2025 World Service Business Conference (WSBC), which will be held virtually and in-person from May 4-10, 2025.
The documents now available include:
- Chair’s Letter: An official welcome and overview from Meg M., Chair of the Board of Trustees, detailing the importance of the WSBC and what participants can expect.
- Delegate Schedule: A detailed schedule of events, workshops, and meetings, with times listed in Mountain Daylight Time.
- Getting Ready for WSBC 2025: Essential preparation guidance for delegates, including registration details, deadlines for New Business Motions and Bylaw Amendments, and trustee election information.
- Final Conference Report 2024: A comprehensive report covering various aspects of the 2024 World Service Business Conference (WSBC), including minutes from business meetings, committee reports, financial updates, and trustee election results.
- Trustee Nominee Application Instructions: Trustee elections for six positions will take place at WSBC 2025. Eligible OA members interested in applying for a trustee position can find the full application process and guidelines, including the job description and nomination procedures. Trustee application forms are available on the OA website and must be submitted by February 3, 2025.
